At the FUSION COLOGNE site, CROSSROADS combines modern architecture and construction with maximum flexibility. Up to six independent warehouses are being built on two levels with their own loading yards, which can be adapted to user requirements in a modular and efficient manner. CROSSROADS follows a clear vision for the supply chains of tomorrow.

Thesauros is responsible for financing, investor management, and marketing—with over 35 years of comprehensive expertise across the entire life cycle of real estate investments, the group of companies specializes in this area.



Fusion Cologne is responsible for obtaining building permits and operational project management.

Both projects benefit from the international network of Niehl Harbor.
